Cornish Game Hens

 4 Cornish game hen cut in half
1 stick of butter
1 can of mandarin oranges or pineapple
¼ cup of white wine
dash of ground pepper
Worcestershire sauce
poultry seasonings

Place hens in 2 inch deep baking pan.  Cut stick of butter into little pieces and spread evenly over hens.  Spread mandarin oranges or pineapple over hens.  Spread wine over hens.  Sprinkle hens with Worcestershire, pepper and  poultry seasoning.   Cover with foil and place in oven and bake at 375 deg for 1 ½ hours.  Uncover last 15 minutes so that hens will brown.
