Fruity Summer Salad

 7 oz pkg. Creamettes Macaroni
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 can spam cubed
1-1/2 cups pineapple chunks
½ cup processed American cheese, cubed
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
 tbsp pineapple juice
½ tea salt
lettuce to set in
red grapes, or apple wedges dipped in lemon juice.

Prepare Creamettes according to package directions for salad use.  Drain.  Melt butter and brown sugar.  Add spam and cook till brown.  Combine macaroni, spam, pineapple, and cheese.  Blend mayonnaise. sour cream, pineapple juice and salt.  Toss macaroni mixture with mayonnaise dressings.  Chill.  Serve in lettuce-lined bowl.  Garnish with grapes or apple.  Serves 6.
