Orange Sweet Potato

½ cup orange juice
1 can (2.5 lb) cooked sweet potatoes, drained and coarsely chopped
1 can (9oz) pineapple tidbits, drained
½ cup packed brown sugar
2 tbsp butter
1 egg
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
1/3 cup miniature marshmallows
2 Heath bar busted into chip size pieces

Combine all ingredients except marshmallows and Heath bar in casserole dish.  Bake  at 350 deg  for 20-25 minutes.  Sprinkle marshmallows and Heath bars over top and place in oven under broiler.  Broil until marshmallows turn golden brown.  Serves 12.
