Venison Tenderloins

fresh venison
flour
pepper
shortening
1 sliced onion

Pour flour into bowl.  Pat tenderloins in flour mixture and place in black frying pan with 3 table spoons of heated Crisco shortening and sliced onion.  Sprinkle heavy with black pepper.  Brown each side just about a minute on each side.
