My wife and I ate at this restaurant on Saturday the 17th of December 2005, along with three other couples and four children. One of the couples had 'stumbed' on the restaurant a short while back, while shoping for fabric for their home. They loved the experience of the restaurant and invited everyone of our group to meet them there.
The restaurant sits in a quiet location which is probably passed up by thousands of people every day who have no idea that it even exists.
The food was delicious, and the service and attitudes of the folks working there was outstanding. The restaurant has been owned by the Dominguez family for many years, and the harmony of all the employees we met really demonstrated the commitment and dedication of the family and employees, not only to the business but especially to the patrons.
My wife and I will definitely be returning, and inviting more friends to enjoy the taste and friendly atmosphere of an almost 'unknown' treasure. I have lived in Dallas County for 54 years, and had never heard of the restaurant until yesterday. Apparently the patrons want to keep their little treasure a secret... but I won't!
