ABACUS
Profile
This is the most beautiful restaurant in Dallas and the global cuisine fancies any tastebud. Don't miss the Chef tasting menu where you sample 9 dishes. Remember the steaks, as well as, RSVP, starved I have even made a meal out of appetizers at the side bar tables. Each plate is prepared as if it were a work of art.. Best restaurant Dallas has to offer. Just got thier fifth star locally...I called it from day one.

NANA GRILL
Profile
Thry have just gone through a major renovation which should update the decor to match their near 5-star cuisine. My favorite meal is the Sunday brunch which might be the most extensive, upscale brunch in the city. When ordering off the menu this new American has a great free range chicken and pepper-seared ahi tuna. The Porterhouse is a masterpiece, and is enough for take-home late night snack. Atop the Anatole Hotel this expensive spot makes the perfect romantic restaurant.

SEVY'S GRILL

This hotspot of Preston Center offers exceptional dining, plus a nice bar scene. At business lunch it’s a great spot for a hamburger or chicken sandwich. At night the entrees are divine. A great romantic spot or place to take a client worthily of dinner. Try the lamb chops or the wild game mixed grill, you won't be disappointed.

GREEN ROOM
Profile
The Green Room is my favorite restaurant to eat at when in Deep Ellum. This New American is one of the highest rated restaurants in the city. I had the mussles and of course their steak. The mussles are tops here and the I can still taste the flavor of their steak. The décor is Deep Ellum with quaint red checker tables all around. The roof top bar is fun in the summer and it’s a great place to have Norma plan a party or corporate event. RSVP is a must Wed-Sat. Dinner was about $50 with 2 glasses of wine.

PALOMINO EURO BISTRO
Profile
This is one of the most beautiful restaurants in Dallas, located in the Crescent Court, this trendy restaurant/bar keeps on delivering. For lunch my favorite is the Prime Rib sandwich, for dinner it’s anything seafood. The best appetizer is the roasted garlic or the pizza is tops. The drinks are always good and strong as is the happy hours and the beautiful people who frequent the establishment.

LAURELS
Profile
One of the most scenic restaurant in Dallas with a global cuisine sampling this restaurant delivers first rate service and food for the most discriminating dinners. They have the best lamb chops that I have ever had in my life. My father who ordered the same agreed. Located on top of the Westin Park Central Hotel this is the Ultimate dining in Dallas.

CITY CAFE
Profile
A great place for a special business lunch or an intimate dinner, this New American has an every changing menu but consistent reviews that it is one of the best Dallas has to offer. For the appetizer I had the crab, shrimp, and crawfish cakes, followed by the crab and potato chip stuffed trout, followed by the mixed fruit crisp with ice cream. All were out of this world and consistent with what I have heard from a number of other diners.

This is one of Deep Ellums hidden treasures, and if your shy of the area at night go there for lunch as I do so often. The salmon is esquisive, I like it so much I have ordered it four times, as is the chicken and rice soup. The salads are crisp, burgers good, and desserts, esp mousse is tops. At night it's a jazz club on the bottom floor and dining above. Great décor and all around good time.
