Drop a Card in a Bowl Marketing Pricing

     Our Drop a Card in a Bowl Marketing program works in two ways.  First, just collect up to 500 business cards a month and we will process them and give them back to you for marketing purposes.   If you would rather utilize a reader response card, we can furnish and process those, also.  The best way to capture patron business cards is to have a Drop a Card in a Bowl by the register or front door where diners drop their card to have the chance to win a gift certificate to your restaurant.   Send them to us each month and we take care of the rest.

     Drop a Card in a Bowl Marketing uses our signature product Patron Profiler, which is an Access 2000 based software program that runs hand and hand with users of Microsoft Office.    For those without Access or with previous versions of Window (3.1, 95, 98) we have a version with same functionality as a standalone program that doesn't require Microsoft Office.  This version runs with all operating systems and is priced the same.

Users will be sent update by email, or FTP.

Option 1: Development of In-House Email Marketing Management Infrastructure

Use our software to build you email and mailing list for your patrons.  This option is for those you have computers in-house and staff to commit to the time required for data entry.  IT staff would be able to export email address into email management software and will be able to print mailing labels and lists of customers.

Option 2:

In-House Marketing Management with outsourced list management

We process your business cards or reader response cards.  A certain number are included each month in a set fee.  Once processed and compared for duplicates, processed data is email to restaurant and appended into in-house file. 

Option 3:

Full Service Marketing Management and outsourced list manageement

Relax, you don’t even need a computer using this option.  Pickarestaurant processes you patron names and address and will broadcast your email specials or newsletter each month.  Want a Printed customer list or mailing labels, just call and for a small fee we will print and mail them to you. 

Remember, it’s less costly to sell to an existing customer than to sell to a brand new customer who has never bought anything from you.  Direct mail is costly and not very effective. Phone calls are time consuming and intrusive. Radio and TV are way too expensive.  The future of customer relationship advertising and promotion is PERMISSION BASED EMAIL MARKETING.
