"The worst service in the world and thats just the guy at the door!!! During my many travels throughout the U.S. and other countries i've never come in contact with such bad service. The guy at the front door checking I.D.'s was a complete moron!!! If you are visiting from out of state do not go here for a good time!!! The door man (who said he was a manager ) took a legitimate I.D. and claimed that he was an expert at "spotting" fake I.D.'s. He then stole the I.D. and told us that it was fake and that we were stupid for trying to pull one over on him. We then proceeded to call the police ( would this be done for a fake I.D?? I think not!!) which brought three patrol cars out to the scene. Even then the uneducated door man (bald with tattoos on his arms) still refused to return the Legitimate REAL I.D. to its 25 year old owner who also had another form of identification on him. The owner of the I.D who just so happens to be a bartender understands the caution that one must take to keep underage drinkers from coming into the pub, but a good establishment should have someone with a little common sense at the door. With hawaii being a popular tourist attraction one would think that customer service would be a major concern for an establishment such as this but i guess not!! When we ask to speak to the owner or person in charge we were given the run around and no one wanted to share there names. A definite sign that this place just breeds ignorant a** holes. I give this place two thumbs down and we didn't even get to eat there!!! Oh and by the way the cops gave us the I.D back and told us that they were sorry for the trouble. I do have to give it up for the honolulu p.d. for being so polite and helpful. Every one of the police officers handled the situation with the finesse that one would expect from law enforcements agents." i have posted this review on every single website that google and ask.com is related too.
