We travel a lot on business and always eat at Ruths Chris . We love it so much that money isn't an issue and would travel out of our way just to eat there. We've never had a bad experience. Until our recent visit to Nashville. We were in shock! We made reservations and couldn't wait. When we arrived they had given our table to someone else. Then it was downhill after that. Our waiter was forgetfull and unattentive. The food was pretty bad. The steaks were small and fatty. The shrimp cocktail looked like it had been sitting around for awhile. Needless to say we were very, very dissapointed. We will visit a Ruths Chris when we travel. But, I don't think that Nashvilles Ruths Chris will see us again.
