| Review: | I placed a "to go" order for 5 chorizo breakfast burritos, 4 ham breakfast burritos, 2 steak breakfast burritos, and 4 ground beef tacos. Service was fast and friendly. I went back to my office and discovered that I received 4 chorizo, 3 ham, and 3 steak burritos (the tacos were correct). I called the phone number on the receipt and explained to the gentleman on the phone, that I had not checked the order before leaving, but once back at my office I had disovered a mistake. He apologized and said if I came back and told them my name they would correct the problem. I then drove back and explained to the lady at the counter, and that is when the situation took a drastic turn for the worse. She insisted that they filled the order correctly, and that there were in fact 11 burritos when I left. I explained that when I counted them, there were only ten, and one was wrong. She then said they would take care of it, although in a manner that strongly suggested I was lying. Then she proceeds to explain that I need to return on another day because they had already put away the breakfast foods. I did not see any signs regarding breakfast times, and when I had called about the problemn it was never mentioned that they were finished serving breakfast. I am not a happy customer, and although the food was standard fast mexican food, neither awful nor wonderful, I will not return. I will also tell everyone I know to avoid this particular establishment. I am highly disappointed in their customer service. I work with the public on a daily basis, and would never treat a customer they way I was treated. |
