After visiting Takashi's several times over the last few months, the restaurant has evolved to be my favorite sushi place in town. I am especially pleased by the great selection of nigiri sushi, which surpasses other restaurants in variety and consistenly excellent quality. I also recommend the gunkan sushi, which is delicious and a great value for enormous pieces. The atmosphere and decor is hip and urban, and the waitstaff is friendly without being oppressive. A great addition to the downtown dining scene.
