Task in the application process
- Give Job Application to Applicant, meet & greet, answer any questions, and
check, Application for completeness.
- Interview and take notes. (You have many questions pre-answered)
- Complete pre-screening paperwork. (Just add notes online and rank)
- Verify, then key-in, Applicant data. (Done by applicant)
- Calls to vendors to check progress. (Credit Check, Drug Screen, Etc)
- Receive and track screening documents. (Password to Vendor)
- Review, decide, tell managers. (They can login online, no need to print, prepare,
no need to schedule meeting to go over applicant, and be done online)
- Prepare hiring documentation, or prepare adverse action paperwork. (Online, sent
email for hire/offer)
- Create employee file and enter all data, notes, and decisions.
