Vietnamese Pan-Fried Pork Chops
 



 

 

4 Pork Chops

 

2 T soy sauce

1 T fish sauce

2 t sugar

1 T cornstarch

1 t Sriracka Hot Chili Sauce

2 T minced garlic

4 shallots sliced

1 T coriander stem pieces

 

 
  1. Mix all ingredients except pork chops tp make marinade
  2. Tenderize pork chops with meat cleave.  Place all ingredients zip lock bag, seal and shake so that marinate is evenly applied.  Refrigerate for 1 hour turning several times. 
  3. Heat 3 T wok oil and pan-fry on high heat until meat is cooked and golden brown, about 4-6 minutes.
  4. Marinade works well with chicken breast also.
